Lunch Day 2005

The 2005 Annual Golden Stave Charity Luncheon was held at the Hordern Pavilion on Friday 24th June. Celebrating '55 years of Rock & Roll' at the longest lunch of the year. Featuring: Wilbur Wilde, 'Dicko', James Mathison, Michael 'Chuggie' Chugg with Entertainment from: The Flairz, "On The Prowl" with Wilbur Wilde, The Beatels, Joe Camilleri, Richard Clapton and The Screaming Jets. The amount raised was $820,000. The 2005 annual Golden Stave Lunch was well attended, yet again, by over 1080 people from all facets of the Music Industry. This year, the Lunch celebrated 55 years of Rock & Roll with acts appearing such as 'On The Prowl', The Beatels, Joe Camilleri, Richard Clapton and The Screaming Jets. To celebrate 2000 and beyond, a fresh, unsigned band of 12 year olds performed, "The Flairz" which brought the house down.
